The curriculum

Dati anagrafici-Esperienze lavorative-Formazione-Interessi; Master Data-Work Experience-Training-Interest, Master Data-Work Experience-Training-Interest. The rosary

curriculum runs idly, more or less always the same, especially when you have to work to read the paths of those who graduated recently and may include relatively low hp, including the experience from abroad bartender.

But in a university context that tends to empty the training and then to flatten the value of many degree courses (a list parzialissimo: communication science, political science, education sciences, humanities, but also, unfortunately, psychology, letters, case-dependent and with all the exceptions case), are we sure that that degree, even with the highest grade, represents the best calling card of a new graduate?

And if all those involved in training, recruitment, assessment of trainees began to read the CVs from the bottom, trying to figure out if that candidate's personality fits the context in which it will work, if interest that has grown during high school and university can be the added value that brings with it, if the travel has led him to have dealt with the inner antennae always on, if the competitive activities in which it undertook to many years have taught him teamwork, respect and also the openness to others and the humility to admit mistakes?

But even more young graduates who dream boldly, to act a bit 'futurist, would reverse the order of their curricula vitae and make your first lines in the passions, interests, curiosities that made them become what is now are much greater part in the courses taken at university.

not worry if selected in accordance with these curricula will drop, perhaps horrified or mocking: If you had that courage was not the fact that job searching. But someone will surely and certainly there will be more open and genuinely interested in meeting you.

All this may seem risky, even counterproductive, but those of you who would work in a place a priori disinterested to your passions and your interests, in other words to yourself?
