Buongiorno a tutte! Inizio questo bellissimo Sal indetto da Iulia, de "La Matassina Rossa"  con un dolce che adoro. Non vado pazza per i dolci troppo elaborati o di pasticceria, dopo qualche forchettata mi nauseano, ma adoro i dolci fatti in casa, soprattutto torte di mele, crostate con confettura di frutta, muffin, torta alle nocciole ecc.

Bene, la ricetta che ho scelto da condividere con voi per il primo dei cinque lunedì è la Torta di Pere e Cannella . Niente di speciale... immagino che sia una torta conosciuta, ma se qualcuna non l'ha mai fatta la try because it is delicious. Ingredients: 1 kg

Per guarnire:

3 cucchiai di burro

1 cucchiaino di cannella in polvere

80 gr di zucchero
